Summary
Çimsa aimed to create a meaningful communication platform that would support gender equality while staying true to its brand positioning around strength, progress, and building the future. The challenge was to address women’s journey in a way that was both socially relevant and emotionally resonant, without falling into generic messaging.
Creative Approach:
Running requires a solid ground. In a traditionally male-dominated society, men are often born into that ground. For women, progress begins with building that ground for themselves despite barriers. That initial step is often the most demanding part of the journey.
From this insight, we developed the idea that women do not just run towards their dreams, they first create the path they run on.
Concept: “Hayallere Koşar Adım”
The campaign was built around the message “Hayallere Koşar Adım”, expressing determination, momentum, and self-made progress. It framed success not only as reaching a goal, but as the courage to move forward step by step.
Creative Execution:
The campaign narrative was brought to life through real stories and authentic figures. Marathon champion and Çimsa employee Ezgi Keskin took a leading role in the film, embodying perseverance and self-built success.
The story was further enriched by the presence of ÇBK Mersin and its youth team, highlighting the importance of collective effort, early support, and continuity in women’s development in sports.
Through these layers, the campaign connected individual determination with team spirit and long-term investment in the next generation. Visual storytelling emphasized movement, progression, and the act of building one’s own ground, while positioning Çimsa as a strong and reliable companion throughout this journey.
Results and Impact:
“Hayallere Koşar Adım” created a strong emotional connection by addressing a real and often overlooked barrier in women’s journeys. The inclusion of real athletes and teams strengthened authenticity and credibility, making the message more relatable and impactful.
The campaign reinforced Çimsa’s role as a brand that not only builds structures, but also supports people in building their own paths. By combining a powerful insight with real-life representation, it enhanced engagement and further positioned Çimsa as a progressive and purpose-driven brand.
