Summary

Limak Yatırım became the first and only company to receive the Gold Category Award in the Equality Seal Programby completing the program within the UNDP Europe and Central Asia Regional Center. This remarkable achievement reflects the company’s commitment to gender equality and corporate responsibility. To celebrate this accomplishment and highlight the company’s policies, we developed a testimonial video featuring Ebru Özdemir, the Chairwoman of Limak Yatırım, sharing the company’s values and initiatives surrounding gender equality.


Creative Approach

  • Testimonial Video Production: We produced an extraordinary testimonial video that went beyond traditional talking-head formats. Featuring Ebru Özdemir, the video showcased the company’s commitment to equality. The video incorporated not only strong motion graphics and design elements but also dynamic storytelling to communicate the essence of Limak Yatırım’s gender equality initiatives. This creative approach helped differentiate the video from standard corporate testimonials, ensuring it was both engaging and impactful.

  • Employee Engagement: To further emphasize this milestone and bring the message closer to both internal and external audiences, we also conducted photo shoots with Limak employees at Yarapark. These photos served as a visual reinforcement of the company’s commitment to equality, used in both internal communications and external marketing efforts.

  • Message Reinforcement: The campaign used the tagline, “Eşitliğin Altında Mührümüz Var” (Our Seal of Equality Is Underneath), to reinforce the idea that Limak Yatırım’s efforts in promoting equality were not just a policy but a core value reflected across the organization.


Results and Impact

The "Eşitliğin Altında Mührümüz Var" project successfully conveyed Limak Yatırım’s achievement and commitment to gender equality both within the company and to the broader public. The testimonial video, with its unique production style, engaged viewers and provided a deeper understanding of the company’s initiatives in an innovative way.


The campaign also strengthened internal pride among employees, showcasing the company’s progressive stance on gender equality and promoting a more inclusive corporate culture. Externally, the project highlighted Limak Yatırım’s leadership in the area of gender equality, helping to enhance its reputation as a socially responsible company.
