Summary
For Türkiye İç Denetim Enstitüsü, we launched the "Hiç Denetim Olmadan Olur mu?" campaign, where we played with the words “iç denetim” (internal auditing) and “hiç denetim” (no auditing). The goal was to raise awareness about the importance of internal auditing and highlight the serious problems that arise when auditing is absent. This campaign was designed to challenge the public to think about the significance of internal auditing in our daily lives.
Creative Approach
Concept Development: We focused on the powerful role of internal auditing in various aspects of life and used a clever wordplay with “Hiç Denetim”, replacing “iç” (internal) with “hiç” (no). This subtle shift created a strong message: without auditing, even seemingly small issues can escalate into major problems. The campaign’s central question, "Hiç Denetim Olmadan Olur mu?" (Can it be without auditing?), captured attention by connecting this wordplay with the critical consequences of no auditing.
Film Production: We created 2 commercial films to illustrate the differences between situations with and without internal auditing, focusing on key themes like efficiency, sustainability, and assurance. Each scenario emphasized how the absence of auditing leads to major issues, while the presence of internal auditing provides solutions and security.
Outdoor Advertising: The campaign made its way to some of the busiest spots in the city with outdoor ads, ensuring visibility for a large number of passersby. These ads reinforced the message of the campaign and reached a broad audience.
Magazine Ads: We carried the campaign into magazine ads, bringing it to the attention of thousands of curious readers, further spreading the message about the importance of internal auditing.
Social Media: The campaign took off on social media through the hashtag #hiçdenetimhalleri (no auditing situations) and promoted the importance of internal auditing. By using humor and real-life examples, we engaged the audience and made them think critically about the role of auditing in their lives.
Promotional Products: We created promotional products that allowed people to engage with the campaign in a tangible way. These items served as reminders of the importance of internal auditing and helped keep the conversation alive.
Results and Impact
The "Hiç Denetim Olmadan Olur mu?" campaign effectively raised awareness about internal auditing and its crucial role in everyday life. The clever wordplay captured attention, while the outdoor ads and magazine placements helped spread the message to a wide audience.
