Beko wanted to bring all its global subsidiaries and Arçelik under a single Beko brand. To achieve this, they needed an internal communication campaign that would unify employees and foster a sense of belonging across all regions and departments.


Creative Approach

  • Campaign Concept: We took Beko's "Be" and added "One", creating the campaign name #BeOne. The phrase “We are one, together” symbolized the goal of uniting everyone under the Beko brand, emphasizing a collective and unified identity across all markets.

  • Communication Strategy: We crafted a wide range of creative materials and communication tools to effectively communicate the #BeOne message internally. These included posters, digital content, emails, and video materials that consistently conveyed the idea of unity, togetherness, and shared purpose within the Beko family.

  • Internal Engagement: The campaign was designed to create a sense of community and ensure that all employees, no matter their location, felt part of a unified global team. The #BeOne message was aimed at creating cohesion and fostering stronger collaboration across the entire organization.


Results and Impact

The #BeOne campaign successfully united Beko’s global workforce under the Beko brand, helping to create a stronger sense of identity and collaboration. The campaign reinforced the message of working as one, leading to improved internal engagement, a greater sense of belonging among employees, and a more cohesive corporate culture.
